Our Ceremonial Grade Matcha begins its journey three to four weeks before harvest, when the Tencha leaves are shaded from direct sunlight. This deliberate, precise technique slows growth, deepens the vivid green chlorophyll, and dramatically increases the concentration of L-Theanine—the amino acid at the heart of matcha’s unique effect on the mind.

Stone-milled into an ultra-fine, jewel-green powder, it whisks into a luxuriously smooth, creamy texture.
