At Cape Botanicals Coffee & Tea, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@capebotanicals.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
