High on the volcanic loam soils of Kintamani, Bali, at 1,200–1,600 meters above sea level, smallholder farmers hand-pick Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties that have grown on this island for generations.
Processed using the traditional wet-hulling method — hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds — Bali Blue develops a signature full body and earthy depth that is uniquely Indonesian. In the cup: dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar, with a warmth that lingers long after the last sip.
